Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) conducts IPU CET for admission to various undergraduate & post graduate courses. IPU CET is the common entrance test conducted by the University or on the merit of the qualifying degrees. It offers admission to courses like B.Tech, Bio.Tech, MBBS, BDS, BBA, B.Com, BCA, Hotel Management, Mass communication and Journalism, Law etc.
The main campus of GGSIPU is at Dwarka, New Delhi. The Application form of IPU CET 2016 can only be filled online and the Application fees is Rs 1000 which needs to be paid online only. It is a pen paper based exam.
IPU Application Process: Candidates need to fill the Application form online and also make the payment of Rs 1000 online through Credit Card/Debit Card or Net banking. Candidates must select the three exam category that is “Engineering/ Professional/Medical programmes” in the application form before filling it. Candidates can select and fill as many courses as they want in the same application form only if all the selected courses belong to a single exam category. In such case, they need to register separately for both the courses. Candidates must carefully fill all the details in the application form because there will be no scope of editing once the candidates have submitted their application form. Candidates are not required to send the application form to the IP University, Delhi. They can take a print out of the application form for their future use. The application form has started from January 30, 2016 and the last date to apply is April 12, 2016.
IPU Admit Card: IPU admit card will be available to download 7 days before the commencement of the entrance examination. The exam dates for all the courses are different so the admit card dates will be available according to the 7 days before the dates of the examination. The admit card will be available in the official website and the candidates needs to enter their registration number and download the admit card. The admit card/hall ticket is very necessary for the candidates appearing in the examination because they cannot enter the examination hall without the admit card.

IPU Counselling: IPU Counselling will be done in two modes that is online and offline for all the courses mentioned above. It will be conducted by GGSIPU at its campus at Dwarka. The counselling will be held on June 22, 2016. Successful candidates needs to pay a counselling fees of Rs 1000.
